Let’s Talk Fenty Beauty

Fenty Beauty launched on September 8th creating a movement of inclusivity. Some of the biggest brands on the market didn’t think to create shades for faces that weren’t: white, tan or deep. Crazy right? Since the launch, major beauty brands have been scurrying the labs to create more diversified shades but it’s too late because the QUEEN has arrived and FENTY is fire. The collection campaigns 40 different shades of foundation colors and as “unpopular” as they may seem, those shades are flying off the shelves first.

When I began blogging, I really wanted to include YouTube videos/tutorials however I struggled with the aspect of not having a wide variety of products to try because the lack of diversity. The community has spoken and many multicultural vloggers feel the same way. Let this be a lesson for all the makeup/skincare brands out there. Diversity is in.
